Here we have a stunning antique Art Nouveau shell cameo with genuine diamond necklace. 14k white gold frame with delicate flowers. Excellent carving. Pin back or hang from folding loop. Excellent condition! No chips, cracks or repairs. Measures 1-3/4" x 1-3/8". C.1880
