    The Most Unique one of a Kind LARGE Antique Victorian Era Italian Carved Cameo Medusa Gorgon 10K Gold Brooch Pin Pendant.

    Weighs Approximately: 22 grams
    In good condition for its age and includes the original leather green jewelry Box as seen in pictures called “Otto Mueller Jeweler, Wausau WI.”
    Found at A Local Wisconsin Antique Shop That Closed Down.
