The Sprint Short is a neoprene jammer designed to simulate the lift of a wetsuit. It's design aids in adjusting swimming technique, working much like a pull buoy but without the bulk. It should be worn over a swim suit and used for specific sets when looking to take advantage of faster swimming with the benefits of buoyancy. Designed with Yamamoto rubber and coated for durability, the Sprint Short encourages proper hip rotation without sacrificing all-important buoyancy. You are never limited in the strokes you can do. Improved swimming for all four strokes is touted, while allowing natural kick, hip rotation and turning. The Sprint short is THE training tool for swimmers of all abilities.
