DIY PCB - 2-channel 15 or 25VA DC Power Supply

Description

This is
blank PCB used to build a 2-channel regulated power supply.  The channels can be independent, connected in series to get a bipolar (+/-) supply, or connected in parallel to get more current.  It uses a 15 or 25 watt toroidal transformer and LT1085-type voltage regulator ICs.  It outputs about 20 watts of DC with the 25VA transformer, or 12 watts with the 15VA transformer. It can be built to provide voltages from under 5V up to about 24V per channel.
The board is 100mm wide x 220mm long, including a breakaway section that allows it to fit in standard Eurocard enclosures.  Otherwise you can snap off the blank part and get a board that is 100mm x 150mm.
