Groz-Beckert has now made needles with an RG Point. With the light ball point of the RG, especially adapted to the looper back side, this needle remains undamaged for a longer amount of working time. This is a great universal needle that works for both shirts and hats so you dont have to change back and forth between sharp point and ball point.
