These came to us as second hand, possibly used, open package or worn packaging. We have inspected every filter and they are like new. If any showed any sign of use we tossed them.
Kodak has made changes to their packaging and seals over the years, the one shown is typical but not like all of them. The filters themselves are unchanged.
