Good pre-owned condition. The Cuffs and Boots will show normal wear such as scuffs and surface blemishes from normal use. The H Blocks and Soul Plates are still in good condition
considering
their intended purpose. The wheels will show some uneven wear from improper rotation. Both buckles and straps are working with no broken components.
