The envelopes shown contain an inner package that contains the dye powder.
The envelopes are in fair to good condition, and appear to have had some
minor moisture exposure. How this affects the dye is unknown, but this
seller has used some of these dyes to our satisfaction, but cannot guarantee
that some potency has been lost.
