This is a Quantaray 55mm Circular-Polarizer Filter (made in Japan) in mint condition which has rarely been used. The glass looks beautiful with no scratches. This filter is recommended for Digital and Auto Focus Film Cameras. It is used primarily to elimate reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water, glass etc....Also increases contrast and color saturation. This filter has a rotational mount so that the filter may be adjusted for optimum effectiveness. Neutral in color, this filter will not affect the overall color balance of a photograph. It comes in the orginal filter case as shown.
