New Old Stock, still in the packaging, never opened, never used!  The packaging does show a lot of wear from being stored and handled.
I had fun testing this toy repeatedly.  It works GREAT!
Don't forget to unpack the 1 piece of wooden track from the package.  It slides into the front of the toy so that you can connect other wooden track pieces.
Returns will be accepted only in the same unused condition as received.
